No folks... I haven't been slacking off, but rather busy with end of the year bookwork, holiday traveling and personal issues. In the past several weeks I have had the great opportunity to visit several Occupy 'encampments' and speak with quite a few fellow citizens. This has been a great experience for me, as I have a much better understanding of the ideals that We The People are collectively seeking to bring about in our society.
Tonight, I will be attending the General Assembly of OccupyWilmingtonNC .
The neat thing about this is that Wilmington is my hometown. The town is rather unique, in that it is mainly a tourism and retirement industry town with a sprinkling of other companies in and around the Cape Fear Area. After visiting 'home' over the past several years since the Wall Street meltdowns and the Big3 bailouts and the housing crisis's, I could easily see that people have become disenchanted and even disenfranchised with how their lives are being dominated by big industry and excessive government regulations. But...all this is really a rehashing of what most readers already know and possibly even agree with.
So...as we wind up 2011 and look forward to the New Year, what is the direction of Occupy and where are We The People of the 99% heading? Despite the media beating that our movement has taken on top of the
unprecedented reaction from law enforcement, Occupy still maintains a
healthy momentum and presence all across America. However... We must
begin a true concerted effort to establish ourselves as a real entity
focused on forwarding real and progressing change. The physical
occupation of public spaces was and still is a very formidable action
that has drawn the ire of elected officials, prompting multiple efforts
to evict occupiers by law enforcement agencies. This is a clear sign
that the powers of OUR government feel threatened by our actions and
ideals. Now is the time to move on beyond mere protests and mic-checks and twitter bombs.
The direction of this movement by We The People must begin to make a reality that will be sufficiently recognized by both the 'mainstream' media and OUR government. This isn't an easy task, as the 'powers that be' will do everything to discredit and tarnish our actions and voices through all sorts of methods. We The People must maintain solidarity of purpose and strength of togetherness to maintain what we have achieved and to progress towards a more viable existence.
In short...
The established political system in OUR nation is geared to keep our voices within set parameters that allow very little variance from 'accepted' norms. We The People must move forward and begin to set down our own parameters and truly establish Occupy as an entity, not just a vagueness of common ideals. The power to do so is with the people, friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances of Occupy. Reaching out beyond ourselves and moving beyond protest is the path that should lead us to accomplishment. In the coming weeks a new direction for Occupy will begin emerging as we head into 2012 and the national election season... We The People must prepare ourselves to make a true impact For The People and By The People.

November 23rd makes the first day in the calendar that Black Friday can fall on. Being a trivia buff, I decided to also check out what else November 23rd is credited for. Interestingly enough...today is the birthday Senator Charles Schumer of New York. Not knowing much about this Democratic US Senator, I decided to look him up on opensecrets.org. Interesting stuff on this guy...and then looking into his various stances and comments I found it hard to believe that this guy is a Democrat. Guess it just shows that the Republicrat Party is alive and well in New York. But...let's stick to the facts and the rest will go easily.

After reading these interesting numbers and a few others. I decided to look into what this guy has to say about the finance industry sector. Well... Here ya' go:

He as maintained a constant campaign to let 'Wall Street' run unrestrained and allowing them to do so with the American publics money. He was the primary architect of the bailouts and primary beneficiary. His fund raising for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee resulted in a 50% increase in donations from the financial sector. And as Congre$$ was trying to sort this out... While debating the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Schumer drew criticism when he asserted that Americans did not care that 'porky' amendments had been inserted into the bill. Said Schumer, "And let me say this to all the chattering classes that so much focus on those little, tiny, yes porky amendments. The American people really don’t care." Eid meelad sa'eed! عيد ميلاد سعيد is how you would be wished a Happy Birthday if you were in Palestine. The same place where you made comments like "to strangle them economically until they see that's not the way to go, makes sense" in the Orthodox Union speech. And yes again on video...
Would Senator Schumer's anti-Palestinian statements would be related to the funding your campaign and events receives from organization like these would it? Americans for Good Government, Citizens Organized PAC, Florida Congressional Cmte, Heartland PAC, Louisiana for American Security National Action Cmte, National PAC, NorPAC Northern Californians for Good Govt, To Protect Our Heritage PAC Washington PAC and World Alliance for Israel? With the encouragement from the United States, Israel has ensured that the Palestinians are suffering through a slow Holocaust aimed at near extinction of their people at the hands of their brothers. We in America are financing a large part of this while folks here at home aren't even being taken care of. Does this make sense? Senator, half of them are kids. Where are your priorities?
Now here's something that caught me off guard when reading up on Senator Schumer. He wants to deregulate the commercial fishing industry in the Atlantic and North Pacific. This deregulation would cause undue overfishing in the last protected fisheries in the World. I bet he also supports building the world's largest earthen damn and copper/gold mine near an active fault line above the until now pristine Bristol Bay, Alaska.
"After years of overfishing, many fish populations have begun to recover. On Monday, Commerce Secretary Gary Locke announced that New England’s fishermen will be allowed to increase their catch of 11 commercially important fish stocks in Atlantic waters this summer.
This progress, and that announcement, can be traced directly to the Magnuson-Stevens Act, a 35-year-old law that imposes ambitious timetables for rebuilding depleted fish stocks and gives scientists a major say in setting limits. So...Happy Birthday Senator Schumer. I sure hope that you are proud of how you have effectively represented We The People as an elected representative in the United States Congress. Your defense and design of multiple bailouts of big industry and your stances on American foreign relations have fed into the putrid perpetuity of the American political system. Black Friday....
Oh the great tradition of hauling your tired ass out of bed early enough to get as close as possible to those marvelous Black Friday prices on those absolutely necessary items that help to drive billions of American dollars and millions of US jobs overseas. Black Friday has become an annual event across America that boosts last quarter earnings and kicks off the Holiday $eason. This National day of consumerism on steroids is the antithesis of Thanksgiving. This also presents a wonderful opportunity to We The People...There is something that We The People can immediately accomplish without breaking any ordinances or laws or codes.
Today... The Super Committee admitted failure in the seeking out of a plan to fix Our national government's disaster of a budget. This was predicted by many even before the committee members were selected by the 'leader$hip' of Congre$$. So what does this mean to We The People? It equates out that we will now go another year farther into debt and despair. Why? Because we allowed it, however I am not going to sit and bitch. I am going to scream and use what I can... Here's a few ideas for We The People to ponder, and they're easy.
For all the shopaholics that may stubble upon this posting... Even you can help make a impact. Look around your abode and spot 4 things you bought last Black Friday. If you can and you honestly have some use for it still, good. Now think back to what you bought an spent that day. Can you make a common sense connection to your existence today for more than 60% of it? Now try and imagine not spending that 30-40% on something that won't make it a year. I am willing to bet that the actual percentages on Black Friday purchases are more like 50-60% were fad/frivolous impulse buys that if not purchased would have made a significant impact on the corporate profiteering that is so prevalent. Creating commercial fads and needs through slick advertising has also created a vacuum that is sucking Our economy overseas, Our resources, Our Lives...
This has also allowed We The People to be scammed by news media for far too long about the truths of what Our Government has passively allowed these exclusive private interests to do to US. When you spend a dollar on Black Friday, remember that the US Government guarantee written on it is 40%in the hole. Unfortunately most people in American are in the same boat. So why are you spending that dollar? As a gift, does it have true needed value? Try and purchase things that you can see a recipient actually using and enjoying say... 6 months from now or next fall. One way to make this effective for everyone is to spread this word. Share with friends and family what you are doing and how you are approaching your gift purchasing this year. Making Holiday gift giving a more practical exercise for everyone can also make a significant impact for local and regional economies by retaining more liquid cash locally, local businesses and producers will see a boost in revenue over the following months.
As a whole and establishing solidarity of purpose, We The People can make the impact needed to bring true awareness of Our demands. We can demonstrate fiscal austerity for ourselves and reap that benefit. Why can't Our government do the same? It's rather easy... Congress has shown US today that it is broken and must be discarded.
We The People of Our country want the spending to stop. Stop the wars - Stop the Space Programs... Stop the Foreign Aid Programs... No more government expansion... Stop being owned by private interests... It really is that simple. Stopping the wheels of government will not hurt anything. Then We The People can integrate the change that we need to carry forth to take care of the future for our children.

The spirit of Thanksgiving was to also signify the need to put away and live frugally through the winter until the bounty of the next harvest season. The corruption and abuses of Congress upon We The People by Our Congress at the behest of Private and often foreign corporations and interests is merely a statement of generality and demonstrates a fundamental lack of understanding of plight most Americans are feeling. Congress did not Occupy Wall Street Mrs. Palin, they were bought out. Waves of lobbyists and corporate contributors make true representation For The People merely a feint thought while conducting business in DC and State capitols and municipal townhalls around America. However, this is being fomented by corporate media and the truth of the movement and the ideals of constitutionality are trampled in favor of advertising and crony-ism. We want to be heard and we want to be legitimized, but we will not be co-opted and sold out.
Mrs. Palin, you as one of these corporately sponsored media personalities making commentary about the Occupy movement and collaboration to get media endorsement and suggesting financial opening is quite simply...simple. Before sitting on Sean Hannity's show going round and round about how We The People are acting undirected, do your homework. Another consideration is this, the mainstream media is not the place to make an attempt to co-opt Our movement. The people that were on the streets at the Tea Party and Libertarian events during the last several campaign cycles,are some of the same people that are acting for and supporting the Occupy movement. You Mrs. Palin have ammassed a few million of of the co-opting of the populist Tea Party movement. However, little has changed for those people that supported that movement, financed that movement and even voted for it's candidates. And quite frankly, there is little hope on the horizon with the stable of candidates and already elected representatives that is being shoved down our throats by the inclusive media outlets.
The Occupy Movement is young and structural solidarity is needed in order to ensure that we can continue in our pursuit of restoring America. This is how the actual public of the Tea Party became so disenfranchised. The already elected "SELF-Proclaimed" Tea Party Caucus leaders took reign of the populist term and kept freshmen representatives and true liberty seekers under control. When the results and progress didn't come along, they naturally blamed government gridlock and political inbreeding. The Democratic party does the same thing...Typical congressional respoce to We The People, no matter the issue. Occupy is slowly maturing despit the attacks my the government and media. Some Congressional members and federal conservative candidates have spoken in favor of the ideals that We are promoting. However, no one has approached us to allow Our voices to be heard in balance to the accusations and misrepresentations of Occupy. We The People are exhausted of being enslaved to a corporate interest government, period. You Mrs. Palin are helping that oppressive system to thrive and sustain itself.
We urge you to take note of the variety of issues represented in the groups that have chosen to affiliate themselves with Occupy. From Veterans to handicapped people to elderly people to everyday people, Occupy is becoming a true representation of the diversity in America. We The People are Occupying Together and want everyone to join us and lend what talents and skills that have to further the cause of realizing Truth, Liberty, Justice and the Pursuit of Happiness, By The People.
On a positive swing to this, you suggested that the Tea Party and Occupy reach out to one another. First, let's look at what this may look like...The common basis must be framed on the ideals of the US Constitution. Any organized or public effort or collaboration must follow the ideals of equality for ALL people as individuals. If you want to reach out...then reach out. He has also switched from being a life-long democrat to a republican in order to get elected. His callous attitude towards the Occupiers is understandable. He simply is catering his municipal management decisions to his fellow billionaires.
He maintains a public listing in the New York City phone directory, residing not in Gracie Mansion – the official mayor's mansion – but instead at his own home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, at 17 East 79th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.

Last night's GOP Presidential debate couldn't have been better. The Dirty Dozen fueled by national media frenzy. Pretty soon there will be Rick Perry and his ConServatude Crusade and by Labor Day the Queen of Tea will join in and challenge Princess Michelle for all the bling-bling. The World watched this debacle as 'democratic' governments across the globe are hastening their efforts to silence US. And Yet...all along, the mass media continues to pump the people with teasing stories, but never quite delivering. They are held back by the corporate investors and advertisers and told what their limits are. And obediently the 'journalists' follow along and squelch their own right to Free Speech. They are then conspirators through their compliance and complacency.

As Maddow points out, Perry is anything but a “mainstream” candidate, just as his supporters are anything but “mainstream” Christians. She exposes for a national audience the horrifying reality of the people behind the governor, the people who have chosen the governor to be their front-man for imposing an extremist Christian theocracy on America. This is something that I think is worthy of attention. Next Year American voters will head off to the polls to exercise their constitutional right and duty. They will primarily be deciding the fate of Barack Obama's fumbling and recovering and dribbling and fumbling administration. Like a a grand octagon match that is worthy of pay-per-view, but wait, We The People already paid for these shenanigans. So we should also exercise our rights to Free Speech and Assembly! We must make clear OUR demands and expectations from OUR government. We The People Will Be Heard!
Currently the US Congress and other American government bodies are filled with such vile contempt for We The People it is disgusting. And quite a few of these representatives of We the People are lining up to jump into the Octagon, so many in fact that, the Presidential Race is going to resemble March Madness only with more sophisticated sound mudsling and shit talking. This of course will pervade into congressional and state elections as the mass media drives home the agenda of whatever corporate interest they are representing. This applies to both major parties and their offshoots? Which reminds me to ask this, just as a preponderance; The Republican Party gave birth to The Tea Party, so why hasn't the Democratic Party birthed something similar? Maybe that answer lies in the establishment of the Super Congress. Let's see where that leads US?

Makes perfect sense that facebook, despite the privacy and censorship issues would not be the target of an operation to take it down. This social media tool has become a worldwide standard in sharing information and ideas. It has helped awaken We The People to the critical issues that are plaguing our Society as a whole. Not just in America, but also across the seas in Africa, Europe and Asia people have used various social media tools to organize peaceful gatherings to learn about movements or to demonstrate their agreement in general with something. We must continue and nurture this experience in gaining more momentum towards awakening even more of We The People.
Why did the #opfacebook ruse take off so quickly though? Quite simply because the facts stated in the various videos posted by whomever are FACTS. People are tired of "towing the line" when it comes to their voices as Citizens. We The People are mad as hell! facebook has openly participated in providing information to government entities adn commercial interests as well. Afterall, it does belong to them and We The People willingly submitted to these terms and the subsequent changes when we signed in to facebook or whatever other Social Media platform you use.
But, back to the actual message and it's addressees, the "PRESS:Medias of the World..." this si entirely appropo in that the "news" outlets are so commercially driven that they are not being responsible when they are bowing to promote one political agenda or another. They have driven our society into complacency. We The People have been condidtioned to accept whatever suffering is due us for this sloth. We The People are responsible for fixing this. We The People must abandon the acceptance of media and challenge it in every way.

Secure yourself electronically and seriously curb how much Internet spending you do. People must bite the bullet themselves and start buying local an regional products. Purchasing over the Internet sends millions and millions of dollars to foreign countries. Those dollars equate to meals in hungry kids mouths.
But back to securing yourself, first off, get an OS that can be locked down. Do Not Use Social Media Add On Apps and Games!

This is important in maintaining your privacy as much as possible, given the wide range of electronic threats that are available out there.
When using an Anonymous related Profile or I'D or Email, keep your online time to a minimum. Of you are using a mobile device with a social media application, logout when you aren't active, and clear the sign-in fields as well. They can still push information @ your device even if the login username is the only thing in the

The Press is starting to love this.
the PCPapparazi are watching us closely...so I want them to understand something: We Are Anonymous and We Do Not eFFing FORGET or FORGIVE! We see when you copy and paste, We See when you send your Trollarazzis and and your U/CoverTrollz. But we are merely sharing information that belongs to We The People!
And a quick Word or three of advice to my fellow Sailors and Citizens: Avoid Contact With Press/Media persons, real or not. Post messages and such to their walls, blogs, pages etc... But avoids chats, messaging, e-mails, Even in terminals.
They are ramping up their efforts to contain and even influence the messages of Freedom and Truth
all across the World. We must remain diligent, but remain Safe as well. In doing so We must take some measures ourselves to continue progressing with more positive results and public opinion. We must stop the braggart taunting before doing anything. We must assure We The People that what We are doing is for ALL.

The Metropolitan Police has taken to Twitter to warn would-be hacktivists exactly which laws they will break if they engage in any illegal hacking activity.
Hacker groups such as Anonymous and Lulz Security may need to be monitored more closely in the event they are assisted by other hackers with higher skill levels and decide to strike critical infrastructure.
Facebook, iPhone, Twitter and Wii. Technology evolves at the speed of light. Msnbc.com's tech reporters and editors look at the gadgets, games and innovations changing our world.

Since the US Government is issuing alerts and developing Social Media Warfare to combat Our sharing of TRUTH, We The People should be made aware of What OUR Governments are doing to We The People at OUR Expense.

The Graph is a time-line with goals and stages set in Quarterly increments. The first two Quarters are shown as Blank. (Program Development)
From Top To Bottom This is what I see listed as 9 Various areas of operation and administration related to the project. They are listed as follows with the corresponding goals and phases from across the time-line:
1. Development -- Underway
2. Pln Mtgs -- Midterm ------Final (This is the program assessment and assignment portion)
3. Memes and Deceptive Messaging (GREEN) -- Detect, Classify, Measure and Track Ideas, Concepts and Misinformation ( This is going to be the heart of the intelligence and targeting portion of this program in silencing resistance)
4. Persuasion Campaigns and Influence Ops (ORANGE) -- Regognize persuasion campaign structures and influence operations across social media (Redundant to portion3, more intelligence gathering on how influence works and who is weilding it.)
5. Intent and Effects (BLUE) --- Identify participants and intent and measure effects of persuasion campaigns. (Another Intelligence portion that will actually focus on individuals and on the affect that actual targeted issues campaigns are having on public opinion. Sort of like the CIA looking for smart people)
6. Pro-Active Messaging and Counter Messaging (RED) -- Pro-actively shape opinions and beliefs through influence operations. Counter messaging of detected adversary influence operations. (This is the Operations side of the house for this program . . .The DoD's TrollArmy HQ. This also has the capability of creating a mass hysteria or tons of other issues.)
7. Code Drop (YELLOW) -- (This is going to be the DoD's Special Forces of The Internet. The Yellow Circles indicate 4 dates and the Diamonds represent evaluations of the programs to direct future operations )
8. Integration and Test (GREEN) -- This is the schedule for them to add new technologies as identified by the Blue Line.)
9. Scenario Development (RED) -- (This is like brainstorming and advocating or creative process development to supply the Trolls with pretty pictures and campaigns to influence our World at the will of whomever is going to be in control of this.)
Quite simply they have set up a virtual army based on the proven TO&E that the DoD has used forever. The S-1/S-2/S-3/S-4/S-X all are represented in this plan. Spending $14M a year to run a troll army to control public opinion seems fairly inexpensive. Big media companies spends millions just promoting themselves. However there are provisions in the RFP for contractors to access government hardware and software resources as needed to achieve this.
They cannot stop We The People from VOTING and giving back OUR Country and Our Rights. If We The People allow this to happen, then We The People Deserve it!

While I write this, The US Senate has just voted to approve the 'Super Congress' version of the national spending bill. Whoaaa, Whoaaa, Wait a damn minute! "Super Congress?!" I do not remember hearing that term in civics class. Maybe I wasn't paying attention that day or something, but I did pass the tests in several of those type classes and I believe my recollections skills are better than to forget a term like 'Super Congress'. Perhaps if I was an attorney I would recognize this term as being something that is used to describe The United States Supreme Court. in that perspective it refers to the concept that SCOTUS , being the ultimate word on the US Laws can effectively operate as non-voting Senators when controversial legislation is being dealt with. Senators and Representatives will use the current legal trending of the Court as a means to write legislation. It also further goes to consider that when a partisanship is achieved in Congress that is inline with the current Court, legislation is affirmed quickly as lawsuits by various entities (as lawsuits will most assuredly ensue) and establishing Precedent. But this new 'SuperCongress' is something all together different. Let's look at some leading news stories from this morning and see what the mainstream press and bloggers are saying about this.

But aside from the worldwide economic disaster these lobbyied congressmembers are perpetuating. Let's look at what is going on with the upstanding staff down at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Drugs and guns and thousands dead and nothing being done about it? What's really going on in DC?
But back to the wastefulness and largesses of our global corporate puppet governments. I would like to propose that We The People demonstrate how to show some restraint. Let Us show them how to Stop Spending. Let's all Boycott using Debit/Credit/Bank/Gift/Visa/MC/AMEX/DISC for 2 days.

My Anon Page
Most people are slaves to a system and don't even realize it. They take in corporate media in mass volume. They spend their money as they are directed by the media and the government. They fret over issues but are afraid to speak up, even in simple situations. The corporate and governmental powers are designed to oppress us and to insure generational dependance upon those systems.
The World has spent nearly 100 years at war. These wars and conflicts have cost millions of lives, destroyed millions of acres of Mother Earth, and for the benefit of only a few people of the World. Why?
