And OFF To The Races We Go!
Last night's GOP Presidential debate couldn't have been better. The Dirty Dozen fueled by national media frenzy. Pretty soon there will be Rick Perry and his ConServatude Crusade and by Labor Day the Queen of Tea will join in and challenge Princess Michelle for all the bling-bling. The World watched this debacle as 'democratic' governments across the globe are hastening their efforts to silence US. And Yet...all along, the mass media continues to pump the people with teasing stories, but never quite delivering. They are held back by the corporate investors and advertisers and told what their limits are. And obediently the 'journalists' follow along and squelch their own right to Free Speech. They are then conspirators through their compliance and complacency.

Yesterday Mitt Romney shared his view that he believes corporations are people, and was booed by spectators.
Today Sarah Palin weighed in by saying that Corporations don’t pay taxes, people pay taxes, and because of that Romney is right, in response to the question “are corporations people”. Palin stated;
"The people pay the taxes. It’s not an entity — the corporation itself — that pays the taxes. It’s the people who pay the taxes. So Mitt Romney was right." Definitely twisted enough to wonder if she even has a clue about how anything really works. Why would the MassMedia even keep her 'persona' alive? This is something that Rupert Murdoch should be ashamed of.

Last night, Rachel Maddow took on the mainstream media’s “soft” coverage of Rick Perry’s prayer orgy in Houston on August 6. As Maddow points out, Perry is anything but a “mainstream” candidate, just as his supporters are anything but “mainstream” Christians. She exposes for a national audience the horrifying reality of the people behind the governor, the people who have chosen the governor to be their front-man for imposing an extremist Christian theocracy on America. 2Day in US Politics & Other Stuff.
This is something that I think is worthy of attention. Next Year American voters will head off to the polls to exercise their constitutional right and duty. They will primarily be deciding the fate of Barack Obama's fumbling and recovering and dribbling and fumbling administration. Like a a grand octagon match that is worthy of pay-per-view, but wait, We The People already paid for these shenanigans. So we should also exercise our rights to Free Speech and Assembly! We must make clear OUR demands and expectations from OUR government. We The People Will Be Heard!
Currently the US Congress and other American government bodies are filled with such vile contempt for We The People it is disgusting. And quite a few of these representatives of We the People are lining up to jump into the Octagon, so many in fact that, the Presidential Race is going to resemble March Madness only with more sophisticated sound mudsling and shit talking. This of course will pervade into congressional and state elections as the mass media drives home the agenda of whatever corporate interest they are representing. This applies to both major parties and their offshoots? Which reminds me to ask this, just as a preponderance; The Republican Party gave birth to The Tea Party, so why hasn't the Democratic Party birthed something similar? Maybe that answer lies in the establishment of the Super Congress. Let's see where that leads US?

Where do We The People stand on what he said and what he has achieved and what he has shifted on? Some topics are no-brainers like having the federal law enforcement resources abandon usurping state laws in cannabis issues, but others are less obvious like the intrusions upon free speech, the expansion of the industrial military complex of private corporations, the arctic off-shore drilling and others?

Makes perfect sense that facebook, despite the privacy and censorship issues would not be the target of an operation to take it down. This social media tool has become a worldwide standard in sharing information and ideas. It has helped awaken We The People to the critical issues that are plaguing our Society as a whole. Not just in America, but also across the seas in Africa, Europe and Asia people have used various social media tools to organize peaceful gatherings to learn about movements or to demonstrate their agreement in general with something. We must continue and nurture this experience in gaining more momentum towards awakening even more of We The People.
Why did the #opfacebook ruse take off so quickly though? Quite simply because the facts stated in the various videos posted by whomever are FACTS. People are tired of "towing the line" when it comes to their voices as Citizens. We The People are mad as hell! facebook has openly participated in providing information to government entities adn commercial interests as well. Afterall, it does belong to them and We The People willingly submitted to these terms and the subsequent changes when we signed in to facebook or whatever other Social Media platform you use.
But, back to the actual message and it's addressees, the "PRESS:Medias of the World..." this si entirely appropo in that the "news" outlets are so commercially driven that they are not being responsible when they are bowing to promote one political agenda or another. They have driven our society into complacency. We The People have been condidtioned to accept whatever suffering is due us for this sloth. We The People are responsible for fixing this. We The People must abandon the acceptance of media and challenge it in every way.
